RECOMMENDED DAILY INTAKE:

Age 1-5 years: one teaspoon (5ml) daily

Age 6-12years:two teaspoons(10ml)daily

Adults              : 3-4 teaspoons(15-20ml) daily or as directed

After opening consume within 3 months.

The content may look slightly cloudy when chilled.
